High-Performance Phase-Change Thermal Interface Material (PCM)

GPCM

Product Introduction

High-Performance Phase-Change Thermal Interface Material

(PCM) is delivered as a solid sheet at room temperature. Upon reaching its phase-change temperature (approximately 50–60 °C), it transitions into a wax-like, semi-liquid state, effectively wetting contact surfaces and filling microscopic gaps between the heat source and heat sink. This significantly reduces both contact and thermal resistance. The material features excellent wettability and conformability, can be easily die-cut to custom sizes, and is available pre-applied to heat sinks or metal baseplates—making it an ideal choice for high-power electronic devices and automated manufacturing processes.

Feature

  • Thermal Conductivity (W/m·K): 2 – 8.5
  • Thermal Resistance (°C·cm²/W @ 0.3 mm): 0.05 – 0.53
  • Thickness (mm): 0.25 – 1.0
  • Phase-Change Temperature (°C): 50 – 60
  • Dielectric Strength (kV/mm): ≥3 – ≥8

These are typical specifications. Actual values can be customized based on requirements. Please contact us for inquiries.
