650℃ High Temperature Fiberglass Sleeving

GF

Product Introduction

650℃ High Temperature Fiberglass Sleeving

utilizes a weave of flexible, 100% fiberglass that undergoes high-temperature processing to eliminate all organic contaminants. A trace amount of resin is applied for stabilization, preventing fraying and enhancing impregnation capabilities, resulting in exceptional resin compatibility. It exhibits resistance to moisture, fungus, chemical corrosion, and oil, alongside impressive heat resistance and flame retardancy. GF stands out as the most cost-effective thermal protection solution for applications reaching up to 650°C. It delivers superior abrasion resistance while maintaining high flexibility and expandability, effectively blocking damage from high temperatures and flames. Primarily used for external wrapping with resin impregnation in high-temperature electrical heating systems, motors, and applications such as carbon brushes, toasters, irons, and coffee makers, providing wiring harness protection for high-temperature products. Compliant with UL, RoHS, and REACH standards.
