Inner Silicone Tube Braided with Aramid and PES Fiber
is first extruded with a high-temperature-resistant platinum-cured silicone tube as the inner layer, then reinforced with an outer braided layer of aramid fiber and PES fiber. It has excellent flexibility and outstanding heat and cold resistance. Compared to standard silicone braided hoses, it offers superior high-temperature and high-pressure resistance. Its excellent corrosion resistance makes it suitable for applications in industrial electrolytes, automotive coolants, and other demanding environments. Additionally, it is food-grade certified, odorless, and tasteless, making it ideal for beverage equipment requiring potable water flow, such as coffee machines, electric kettles, beer dispensing systems, and medical equipment for high-pressure water applications. It complies with FDA, LFGB, KFDA, DGCCF, and EU standards. Compliant with RoHS 2.0 regulations, free of PVC materials, and halogen-free.
